PHILANTHROPY
At DucMeta we strive to improve the lives of others. This goal extends far beyond our office and the field.
We partner with the organization Operation Smile to help provide a life altering surgery to children born with cleft lips and palates. A cleft lip/palate is a gap in the mouth that did not close during pregnancy. Worldwide, a child is born with this defect every 3 minutes. This can result in not only social stigmatism, but also speech impediments and even hunger or thirst.
Our sales team participates in multiple fundraisers to help raise both money and awareness for this cause. Like the Dalai Lama, we believe that love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries.

TEAM ENVIRONMENT
